Joe and the service team at Butler Acura always meet or exceed my expectations. Joe does a thorough job of explaining the details of my service needs. The technicians do their evaluation and Joe communicates their findings and recommendations promptly. My service was completed as promised and although I left a little lighter in the wallet, I was satisfied all the same.
I was so elated to see that Rex Cunningham was my salesman! He had helped me in the past with other car sales. He is so knowledgeable about the MDX and helped me to understand all of the features that go along with it. I felt no pressure at all and the whole experience was really great! This is my third leased MDX from Butler. They contacted me to inform me that I could trade out early and get into a new model without penalty. I have now developed a long term relationship with Brent, the Sales Manager. He had everything ready for me. All I had to do was pick the car. The details were handled by Rex. The whole transaction could not have been easier. The price was right and they helped me with the vehicle turn in. I could not be happier with the folks at Butler. And, parenthetically, the MDX is a great vehicle at a terrific value.
I have been dealing with Butler Acura service department for 9 years. It is a very personable dealership and Joe Butterfield, who oversees the Service Department, is terrific to deal with. They are knowledgeable, timely and very competent. In the past I had a very challenging problem and they persisted until they got it solved. I love the Acura brand, but one of the things that would keep me from considering another vehicle is I would have to give up my confidence in this dealership and the relationships I have built there.
