Easy to make appointment on line. Service as great and done on time. Had the oil changed and tires rotated. Did a good job checking the condition of the MDX.
Butler acura, specifically Joe, the service manager, is the best of the best! My family has an acura and a Mazda and he has gone above and beyond for both of our cars. Tonight, 5 minutes before closing, I pulled in with a flat tire. He effortlessly got the car into the system and then offered to drive my kids and I home. Our next car will likely be another acura because of his stellar customer service.

Butler Acura is refreshingly customer service oriented. When I've had work done that would take more than an hour or two, they have provided a loaner car or a ride back to my house. They explain their assessments of tire wear, fluid level, alignment, recommendations on tire replacement. They care for each other too; I"ve seen cards circulated, anxious inquiries about this or that person's condition, a real concern is on people's faces and in their voice. Must be a great place to work. I've brought our car in with a complaint, say about alignment, and their mechanic AND their service writer will drive it around trying to reproduce what I complained about, without charging me for it when it turns out they can't reproduce it. Good coffee too!
